常規衛生措施：
- 進入診所範圍前，必須配戴口罩，接受體溫量度以及潔手
- 求診者請按照預約時間準時到診，減少於診所內逗留，請勿遲到或過早到達。
- 每一位求診者只能有最多一位陪診者陪同，減少交叉感染機會。
＊陪診人注意事項：
陪診人申請只適用於行動不便/有需要照顧的求診者
陪診人申請需在預約時向診所登記處職員提出
陪診人須全程陪同求診者進入診症室及治療室。
- 診所已加強環境清潔；預約時段將稍為錯開，以便於每位求診者之間消毒清潔。

本診所現設遙距醫療服務，提供有需要之求診者申請。現階段只限於覆診病人（舊症）。更多資訊請按此。

Faithmed Chinese Medicine Clinic (Metroplaza Tower II) has been operated since 16th June 2019 (Sun) in order to serve our increasing number of patients and provide better consultation experiences.

預約時請向登記處職員提出：
一、大致想預約的日期/時間
三、是本人親自預約還是替他人預約
二、想預約診症服中藥/針灸還是其他項目
四、求診者的電話號碼 (以作確認訊息之用)
/ 性別(如需要床位)
General Hygienic Measures:
- Please wear a mask, receive temperature measurement and preform hand hygiene when arriving at our clinic.
- PLease come on time to reduce the time staying in the clinic. PLease do not be late/ come too ealry.
- One chaperone is allowed only for each patient to reduce the chance of disease transmission.
＊Chaperone policy:
Chaperone is only applicable to disabilities and care-recipient only.
Chaperone application has be to raised when making an appointment.
Chaperone has to accompany the patients into the consultation / treatment room
and stay for the whole process.
- We have improved out clinic hygiene; Time is spared for disinfection between each appointment slot.
